The food is absolutely amazing and reasonably priced, considering it's fine dining. I think it's gotta be the best food I've had in the Springs, maybe ever. The best part though, was our incredible waitress Melissa. We went before Valentine's day and our toddler was with us and fussy and my husband had gone outside to walk him-when our food came, she poked her head outside to tell him even though I was about to call him on the phone. Then our son started fussing while we were eating and she insisted on walking him around for us. She seemed genuinely happy to do so. It was so incredibly nice to have a short moment to ourselves. I appreciated that so much and she absolutely gave us the best customer service we've ever had. We will continue to choose Margarita at Pine Creek for all our special occasions and highly recommend them to others. If you're lucky enough to get Melissa as a waitress, please tip the heck out of that lady, she's awesome.

A charming older Colorado Springs restaurant with lots of character. The food is classic American cuisine artfully crafted into flavorful dishes that will not disappoint. However that's not what will bring you back, it's the atmosphere that my wife and I enjoyed most. Family owned by original owners. Worth checking out.

So, last night in CO Springs. We decided to try Margarita. NOTE, THIS IS NOT A MEXICAN RESTAURANT. It named after the Mexican flower. While the ambiance, furnishings, tile, and style are Mexican. The cuisine is not. It attempts to be a bit of a foodie restaurant, with a 3, 4, or 5 course meal, these are not chefs tasting sets. The food is good, but very rich. Every dish (our party tried a total of 9 different dishes). Every one of them is rich. Lots of cheese, aoli, and heavy sauces. If you are going, go hungry. Overall, service was competent. Food was good if rich and heavily seasoned.

Wow, this place definitely exceeded expectations. Had a 3 course meal for lunch at only $14. Good was amazing most importantly. Will come back again.
