The only reason im giving one star is because I have to. I was extremely disappointed with this location. The website as well as the store front says they close at 11pm on Monday nights, so I drove across town and arrived at the store at 10:15pm. They had a sign on the door that was made from cash register paper that said "Out of meatballs".... The doors were locked, lights dimmed, and chairs up on tables (this tells me they spent some time closing early so they had to of started well before 10:00pm...) The most frustrating part of this experience was that there was a Subway employee inside stocking and cleaning who just ignored me. He briefly glanced at me and then just ignored me.... Terrible customer service.. I would recommend you go to another location when you choose subway because chances are you're just going to waste your time with this location.

Update: did decide to give this location one more chance and was thoroughly impressed with my visit. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and even remembered me, comping my meal from the past bad experience. He definitely redeemed the store's reputation. First, when I walked in the employee informed me the computers were off so they were only accepting cash. After searching in my car for some extra cash, I went back inside to order, to which the employee then told me they're out of the meat I wanted. I asked how they ran out and he replied, "I'm not in charge of the delivery truck. This is like the 3rd time we've ran out." Extremely disappointed in this location's service. Will take my business elsewhere from now on. .

The best Subway I've visited. The staff is genuinely friendly and they give off a good vibe. They care about their work and it shows. The sandwiches are fresh and the in-restaurant music is great (local 98.1 FM in the Springs).
