Culver's serves great food when they get your order correct. This particular location has the longest wait of any fast-food in town. I ordered two burgers and a fry in the drive through. They asked me to pull around to the front and wait. They already had two cars ahead of me do the same. After waiting for fifteen minutes they bring my order out, and forgot the fries.

I drove through on a trip from Utah to Michigan. We stopped there for lunch. Unfortunately I left my purse behind. These people were so honest. They put it in the office and kept it safe until I contacted them hours later. They actually mailed it to me free of charge. I can't thank them enough. I remember speaking to Amy, I'm sure there was someone else. Terrific people and good food! Thanks so much! May God bless you!

Horrible. I asked for fresh food they still have old fries, hard, crispy to where you couldn't even taste the potato. I went into the store to complain. They have me some fries from the back and said they were fresh. They were not. Shrimp was the only thing cooked fresh and by the time I got a chance to eat them, they were luke warm from coming back to the store. The butter burger was dry and had the thinnest piece of bacon you could not taste it. The manager offered to MAIL me some coupons for my order to be replaced. It has been three weeks, still haven't received anything. Yesterday my husband wanted a burger. I asked can you please make it fresh like the shrimp I ordered? I don't mind waiting.. She begins to tell me EVERYTHING is made fresh. Just because you prepare the burger when requested, doesn't mean that it was cooked at that time. The EXACT same thing was the problem. We didn't even bother to go back this time.

I'm giving 3 stars because my food was not right. Even when I returned it and they remade it for me, they still got it wrong. I do take in to consideration that only a few people at work on a very busy rush. Everyone was complaining and some demanding money back. David the manager was good, handled the situations professionally. Food was tasty even though I didn't get what I ordered.

Surprisingly underwhelming. Culver's has a reputation of being a cut above the other fast food burger places, and my experiences there have usually confirmed this sentiment but my past few visits to this location have been quite unimpressive. Last visit, while in the drive through I was told my card was not working, and that she didn't want to run it again because their point of service makes a loud noise. OK then...I got paid the day before and I know for a fact it wasn't my card, and usually the employees are supposed to manually type the info but nope, I'm just sent away. Well I was determined to get some greasy goodness so I went inside and paid just fine with a different and much friendlier employee. And then began the wait. The notorious Culver's wait because the food is cooked to order, but dear Lord it took so long to get my food. Finally I leave and eat my burger. The buns were soggy, waterlogged from too much tomato and unfortunately undercooked beef that was quite pink and a bit bloody. This was by far the worst burger I've had from the place which is disappointing considering the rather hefty price tag compared to other burger places in Falcon. The moral of the story is that your experience here will be hit and miss. Expect long wait times. Expect that you might be dealing with teenage employees who aren't well versed in customer service etiquette. And don't expect a perfect burger.
