Bobby and the other employees at this location are AMAZING. Our company was providing lunch for a local physician's office of 45 PEOPLE when the other food chain restaurant we ordered from completely flaked on us. We were in a total bind and Bobby and his team came to our rescue by making platters and snacks for 45 people in about a half an hour!! They were so sweet and so helpful - we absolutely will be back!

I went in one night and they were very slow! The people making food was also being a cashier and did not wash her hands before putting on gloves. She also had her shirt fashioned so her stomach was showing and it was sitting right in line with the table. I did not find that they cared to be cleanly and have not been back.

New to Colorado, new to this Subway, but it is close by and after three months I think it is time I wrote a review. Sandwiches taste like sandwiches, nothing special, just good if you don't have time to make your own. Cookies are out of this world! Sandwich makers are nice enough once you finally get through the line, they do their job well. A sea of changing faces, so they must hire and fire a lot. Often, they are out of things and ask if I can ask for something else as if they are COMPLETELY out of mayonnaise and there is no more in the back. (And this wasn't even during a rush.) A lot of them need tips on safe food handling. They touch their face, their clothes, the register, and just about everything else without changing their gloves... and then try to make my sandwich. Always wearing gloves though, so kudos on that. Some of them have a very unprofessional appearance. One young lady very clearly had some lightly colored animal at home as her shirt and pants were COVERED in the fur. Another employee, male, just looked like a slob, shirt untucked, hat turned sideways, pants bleach stained and dragging the floor as if they can't afford a mop, and very scruffy (he kept scratching at his facial hair). Neither of the two had on any visible nametag. But the worse is this young man I've seen recently named Bobby (also no name tag but he did answer the phone and address himself). I came in just two days ago and Bobby looked like he had lost a fight with a cat. From his short sleeve shirt I (as well as every customer) was able to see his arms were scratched/cut to all hell and still very red as if it has happened recently. His face also had a number of fresh scabs. I don't know if he was in a car accident or self inflicted or stress related or any number of things, I didn't ask. HOWEVER, when I am getting a sandwich made I don't want to worry about BLOOD dripping into my food. Long sleeves, bandages, just SOMETHING to cover it up please? When my little sister made a comment about it he huffed and went to the backroom. The wait times are absurd, it almost always seems like they only have one sandwich maker and one register worker. And if the sandwich maker asks the register worker to "hop on vegetables" the register worker OFTEN acts like it is a BIG DEAL and about 50% of the time switches between the register and the vegetables without changing gloves. I don't care how CUSTOM these sandwiches are, 40 minutes for 6 sandwiches is NOT fast. Two of them were not even toasted. Very clean store for the most part. The soda machine area is a MESS, nine times out of ten, with sticky counters and unorganized lids. One time I tried to get a Sprite and it just gave me purely carbonated water. When I brought this to the attention of one the staff members (a very tall, nicely dressed young man, still no nametag) he said it must be out and that he would fix it. This WAS during a rush, however, and after fifteen minutes of waiting I just got something else and gave him another reminder before leaving. One final incident to report, the other night/morning (about a week ago) I came over around 3 am. When I walk up the store was dark, and a lone employee was out smoking. When I asked if they were open she said in the most drawn-out, blase tone I have ever heard, "We are, BUT this is our prep time, so we don't make anything, you can come back around four." Over all, an average store with some TERRIBLE qualities. I don't know who is in charge, but things need to be changed promptly.
