I always order the Colorado Burger, Beef, with Smash Fries. I'm always satisfied. Service is typically good, but the "bus your own table" sometimes and sometimes they bus it, is confusing. I'd like an easier option for ordering a simple Bacon Cheese Burger. Strawberry Shake is on point! Gluten-free bun option is a major factor for me, so I really appreciate that. Celiac Disease sucks.

Smashburgers' burgers are the VERY BEST hands down! The service there is equally exceptional! The price is more than most of our run of the mill fast food chains. But, I'm a strong advocate that, "You get what you pay for", in most instances in life. The staff here are truly the most friendly, attentive, and eager to please. I'm definitely "hooked". Can't wait to come again!

The cheeseburger was delicious, but the bun was soggy with grease. My husband also mentioned the portion was small for the price. (He ordered the larger burger.) The fries also tasted good, but seemed like they might not have been cooked at high enough of a temperature. They were pale, a little soggy, and again overly greasy. I was confused by how the service worked. It was set up like fast food, but every time I got up to throw something away some one came by asking to take the trash for me. It wasn't a bad thing; just confusing. Overall, it was a good but also somewhat disappointing experience.

I've never had such quick service!! The burgers are a little messy when you eat them, but the flavor and freshness of the ingredients is high quality. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an inexpensive bite in town.

The manager Jim, is a surly, curt, and unpleasant fellow. Last time I was in, the order was screwed up, a chicken sandwich was missing and a burger in place of it. So I had to go back to the restaurant. They apologized, and issued a "free entree" manager coupon for next visit. Ok. I go in with another free entree coupon, to get a total of 3 entrees. He absolutely refuses to allow two coupons, despite one of the coupons being issued for their screw up. What a joke. Thanks for "correcting" the screw up and wasting my time and gas, by giving me the exact same thing you mass send out to every house within five miles of the restaurant. Good customer service right there. I'm moving, so won't be back here, Jim needs to be replaced or at the very least, taught some basic customer service. His maddened glare and hurried and demanding order taking skills leaves -alot- to be desired.
