If I could give Amber, the bartender, more stars, I absolutely would. For starters, I’m a vegetarian, and I would like to commend RB for having marked items on their menu - and those marked items are not just a plain old salad. I shared my remarks with Amber and she jokingly told me it was all her idea and she even recommended a couple of the veggie dishes to me. She was an absolutely delight to talk with and our food was absolutely amazing. The steak is my boyfriends, I got the entire platter of nachos, even great the next day, just ask Amber! Thanks again for having options for alternative diet needs. It is very appreciated!

Great food, service and the manager on duty on Veterans Day was amazing. Our credit card was frozen, and we had no idea until we went to pay for our bill, and thank goodness he allowed my mother to pay for it over the phone just this one time. He was very kind and very understanding, even though we were thoroughly embarrassed. It was also amazing that the establishment that let Vets have any meal for free that day! What a great place. Great spot for good eats and drinks. Nachos are killer, bison burger is my usual eats. Good spot for late night also which is hard to find on the east side of town! Thanks Rock Bottom for everything!!!!!

I was a bit worried about going to Rock Bottom after reading the reviews of the service being slow and the employees being rude but I had a gift card to use, so my hunger and curiosity won. I went early on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. The host was friendly enough as was our waiter. He was very attentive and made sure we had our refills and everything was good. (You were very nice, dark haired guy in the glasses. Sorry I'm bad at names.) I got a sandwich as well as a cocktail, both of which were good. The food didn't wow us so I don't know how often I'd bother to come back. But if you come at a decent time, I'd say its a good casual spot to hang out.

I ordered their $19 Sirloin with broccoli and onion rings. Asked for medium on steak. Was so rare, that it jiggled when you touched it with fork. The steak was not seasoned at all. Had to add salt and pepper just to get flavor. Ate only sides of steak which were more cooked like i had asked to be prepared. Brocolli was so over cooked. Nasty. Only thing good was the appetizer nachos and the onion rings. Will never go back there again. Good luck to you that go there.

I've been coming here for years and the staff, beer, and food has always been excellent except for my last visit and it was very unexpected and disappointing. My friend and I recently went on a Saturday for my birthday and after being seated we waited 45 minutes for our food. He ordered our usual 2am burger and it was flavorless, stale, and barely even had an egg, I ordered the bison prairie burger which turned out to be an extremely small but thick circle of meat on a big bun with a lack of toppings, and we both got fries that tasted tough/stale like they had been microwaved. We were starving and in a rush so we still ate, but it was really disappointing considering it was nothing like what we ate with them in the past. Before, we we're coming to this place at least once a month, but now I kind if doubt that we will go back and if we do, we might just stick to beers and appetizers. I really hope they fix whatever changed.
