Oh my goodness. You would not believe the size of one strip of bacon. I ordered bacon & scrambled eggs. The bacon was so thick & large I had to save it for lunch. The service was fantastic. The employees hell out each other. I was running late to my meeting at Omelette Parlor & we the server helped me find my group. I had 3 waitresses waiting on me all at once. It made me feel so special. When my coffee cup was empty, instantly it was full again. That was so cool. I didn't have to wait for a refill. When I went to go check out. The waitresses all ask how was everything? I said fantastic. I will be eating here more often. Great friendly service & very clean establishment.

Our food was PHENOMENAL! I loved every bit of our experience here, talk about worth the wait. We had a 25 minute expected wait time and ended up getting to our seat within 15, the complimentary coffee helped the time pass. I was very pleased with the staff and how well they handled the chaos of a Sunday morning at the Omelette Parlor. Our waitress was attentive and got us exactly what we needed in a great time! The french toast here has got to be the best I have ever had! I am so excited and eager to go back to try something new! (We had a table next to all of the plants, and must I add they made our experience that much more amazing.) I recommend checking out this top of the line, historic, breakfast wonder as soon as you possibly can!

I can only recommend, who has not been at the O.P. yey, to put it on their bucket list. From the delicious French Onion Soup, to the home made green chili that can vary slightly in heat from day to day, depending on the chilies they used that day, to their perfect Eggs Benedict with crispy fresh fried OP potatoes, which is all we had during our latest visit, there is absolutely nothing we could complain about. We have had a multitude of salads, omelettes and sandwiches during previous visits and we have never left hungry or disappointed. Very friendly and attentive employees, who make sure you are having a great dining experience. It gets crowded during rush hours and the weekends, but even a 20 minute wait is absolutely worth it. An fundamental staple for the Colorado Springs food scene.

If you want a down home breakfast with all the fixings and generous serving size at a great price, then this is the place for you! All of my kids, their wives and husbands and friends enjoy this local eatery. Why not come give it a try? Their green chili can be purchased and is quite tasty too!

First I wanna say the food is good and the wait staff are awesome. But my review is based on the fact that there tables are so small. I am 6-6 about 300 pounds so yes I a big guy. This place doesn't have any place for a person my size to sit and eat in comfort. So I asked the staff what happens if an even bigger person were to come in? No had an answer for me. I was offered a moving table but it was a table simply broken from the wall and it still wasnt a even a good fit for me. Its embarrassing to get moved only to find that there setup of tables are bolted to the ground and I can barely slide in. In today's times this shouldn't be a problem anywhere but it is at this place. I will never go back until something is done to accommodate people of larger stature.
