Probably my favorite fast food chicken places. This location almost always serves great fresh food (I've received a stale order once or twice but I go often). I feel bad for their staff. Sometimes it seems like either they don't have a good leader or their rushes are sporadic, which leaves them understaffed. They are really nice about it but you can tell that sometimes food isn't ready on time and they are stressed. For the most part everyone I've dealt with here has seemed genuinely interested in serving good food as fast as they can.

Typical popeyes, have had significant wait times here every once and a while. This is typically around dinner time...go figure. All together a good location to get food from. Usually take order home to everyone. They have not messed up an order yet.

I used to frequent this location quite a bit, but I think I’ll take my business to the other Austin Bluffs location in hopes for a better experience. The vast majority of my visits I have found my order to be wrong. Going through the drive thru it is wrong 100% of the time. I order spicy chicken tenders because I can’t stand the taste of the mild (just personal preference), and every time in the drive thru I leave with mild tenders, as well as half the times I wait for my food inside. I always ask for no ice in my soda so I don’t have to chug it to avoid a watered down mess, and I’ve never been graced with no ice when they have to fill my drink for me. All I can say is pay attention! I hate throwing food away because that is my hard earned money in the trash, and I just dumped another meal. It’s good 60% of the time when i get the right food at least, but i won’t be back to this location again, that’s for sure.

Good service, good red beans and rice. Couldn't see big part of menu (electronics out), biscuits not ready, portion tiny door shrimp and fish. Hadn't been in very long time. Green beans good too! Topped off with some sweet tea.

The restaurant was nice, pleasant, and seemed clean for the most part. The food was good, and the employees were pretty friendly! The restroom 🚻 needs to be fixed and updated.
