Not really a big fan. My husband and child love smash burger however i am not a huge fan. I am vegan and tried their bean burger to find out out has cheese in it. Not sure why people would put cheese in a veggie burger. So when the family wants smash burger the only option for me is the tater tots. My recommendation to smash burger would be to have a vegan option on the menu.

On Saturday after a long day my husband and kiddos wanted some burgers so we stopped by. My husband ordered and waited 21 minutes for half his order which was a kids burger he was then told there was a mix up with an online order so it might take awhile. He is a very patient and respectful guy so he waited... after 45 minutes with no word of his order he is still waiting. Everyone who ordered after him was served to include the online order. He was still standing there waiting with servers and employees just walking by as if he and my son where not standing there. He then went and asked to get his money back and was told “ugh give me a minute”... finally the supervisor is like “well your order will be up soon” he then tells her how long he has been waiting and would just like his money back... suddenly the order is done immediately and he was given a free entree coupon and told that was better then getting his money back. He was so tired from his long day and decided to just go home since my sons burger was done and by this point my husbands burger was cold. Also would like to add During the wait I had gone in and asked the girl at the counter what the average wait time was she just gave me an annoyed look and just pointed to the fact that she was on the phone which I had not seen since she was just lounging on the stool with the phone cradled on her shoulder. I never got my answer by the way. We will never be patronizing this smash burger again and will take our money else where. Good luck with this sort of customer service.

Service was good. The burger I had was a Colorado Smash and cost $11.78 cause I made it a combo. The beef patty was so well done. It was like cooked ahead of time because we came in at 12:14. It was so dry. Couldn’t taste the burger. Should’ve went to Jack-in-the-Box next-door. I bet I could a got my moneys worth at Jack-in-the-Box

Lunch: "Signature BBQ bacon burger" Terrible service. Only three people in the dining area of the restaurant. One was the owner on his computer. Shoe string fries over cooked in the oil. Charred flavor. Turkey burger rubbery and simply covered in grocery store BBQ sauce. Bun was small; about the size used on a McDonald's hamburger. Overpriced at near $12. A SALT BOMB! Final comment: You're much better off going somewhere else.

Young kids working will not get your order correct. And if you call to tell them your order was wrong they will tell you it was your fault. Good luck with getting the right order. And it will arrive not to your liking. Terrible customer service, and they are extreamly!!! over priced for there McDonalds like crew.
