Day time employees are wonderful and so attentive to my pickyness, which I seriously appreciate. I was so excited to not live far from one cause I work odd hours so being able to get food till 1 am is amazing untill I realized that they always end up closing 10-30 minutes earlier than that. Or will lie and say that what they are deep cleaning that one or two items needed to actually make the food they are supposed to have till 1. Milkshakes I understand but the tacos is a different story to me. I am fairly certain the night time employees here just want to get out of work early. Good for you guys, wish I could do that at my job...

We have been to this place several times and never had an issue yet when my husband and i went last night the new night crew is aweful. Just like the food we recieved!! My husband is now feeling sick to his stomache and last thing we had was from here. My food tasted like it was old or freezer burnt or just not right. ALL of the food tasted off. We wont be going back to this location after dark!

At this particular location in Colorado Springs, the manager and cashier were so friendly and joked around. Service was excellent!

I grew up eating Jack in the Box. One of the best fast food chain restaurants. The tacos are my favorite.
