The one on Garden of the Gods is by far the friendliest customer service. I am only there early in the am but that shift is AMAZING! And always quick and great food!

Discontinued banana splits and then would not even work with us to accommodate the flavors. Very disappointed in the staff in which we were trying to work with for this. We left and did not order as we were extremely eager to go and get some banana splits.

The girl was super nice but they seemed short handed. She was running back and forth and was the only one I saw. It took a few minutes longer than normal but she was still awesome

Slow service, long wait times, sub-par food. Onion rings taste like onion flavored French toast sticks. Hot dog was over cooked and dry, I couldn't even eat it...it was gross. Seems to be a common problem and management does nothing the fix the long list of complaints. There are plenty of other options in the area. I would advise choosing some place else.

I just had a wonderful experience here! Ashley was so outgoing and nice I was beside myself. I have been in Colorado Springs for almost 4 years and the service at the other Sonics are very Bad but today Ashley really made up for all of that. Many of us pay with credit card they def need a tipping system for us. I had no cash and wasn’t able to tip her. I was able to write this review and I hope she gets praised for it. Thanks Ashley!!!!!
