They advertised $1 double stacks, I have a large family. I dared to order 15 of them through the drive through and the attendant didn’t mute his mic when his co workers started complaining of the number. When I pulled up to pay I could hear someone making fun of the large order. Good food, unprofessional employees.

Every single time I come to this location the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. My order always takes forever and is usually incorrect. And the employees working are never apologetic or polite when THEY mess up my food. I would recommend going literally to any other Wendy's.

Oh my goodness, where do I even start? We went to the drive thru at about 4:30 on a Monday, and he girl at the drive thru couldn’t stop talking long enough for us to make our orders, then she charged us for large meals, with medium fries. My boyfriend did not get the sandwich he ordered, he ordered a Dave’s double and he got something with soggy bacon, inedible mushrooms, he couldn’t even eat it. Not to mention all the food was cold. Thanks Wendy’s, but we won’t be coming back to this location.

This Wendy's that is next to o'relieys next door o n academy rd, had it's pros and cons with me. The pro part, the customer service was really good when I was introduced by the friendly staff member taking my order. The cons was the meal I received afterwards, looked really bad. The burger I received look like no one cared to make it, it wasn't appetizing to me. I've gotten the 4 for 4 meal at other Wendy's and they were very presentable, this one, not so much. The speed in getting the food out was great, but presentation, not so much.

Come here if you want not editable food! Got a burger that was dry and burned... they should have used it in the chili like they are taught! Nuggets were so hard the dog didn’t eat it! Fries were cold and tasted like I was eating salt! Basically come here if you want to throw away money! They don’t care! Wish I could insert a picture of their nasty food!
