My husband came home happy saying Jennifer at this subway treated him and his friend very well when they came in. It makes me happy to hear about good Customer Service because it's really going down hill in the springs. I've been to 2 different Subways and received great service. Now why can't other businesses do it like like Subway?

The manager at this location is phenomenal. I've never been disappointed with the food. You could go to other locations and get the same food, but many of the regulars come for the personal touch.

Cleanest subway store I've ever been in. They definitely take pride in their store and jobs. Great food, and wonderful customer service.

So I went to this location today and ordered an Italian BMT. This would have been my first meal of the day but my first bite I saw a bug fall onto my paper I had my boyfriend take the sandwich back for a refund because who wants a sandwich made with the same bug infested ingredients... and they refused to give me one. This is horrid customer service and I won't be spending money there again and you shouldn't either

Very cheap location. I have been to other subways that chopp your salad! As well as include double chicken because the salad is called a chopped double chicken salad. They give you one piece of chicken, don't chopped your salad. 5 pieces of spinach and 2 slices of cheese cut themselves! This is by far the worst subway in the Springs, the owner is very cheap. I would've gotten more lettuce in spinach in a 6 inch sub.
