Went for lunch today with our family of 7. The food was tasty, prompt and hot. Prices were very fair. Our waiter was Terry who was both absolutely hysterical, and amazing at keeping everything straight! We will return and ask for him. Only downside was that the place was sort of dirty. Tables were dirty and sticky, floor was a mess, however, when I asked the young lady who sat us if someone could wipe everything off she apologized and did it immediately. All in all, a great experience on a day that was a special occasion.

For a chain restaurant, the food is good as expected. What makes the difference is the service. We eat here about once a week and they have been very consistent. We have done takeout and dine-in and the servers are always friendly and fun to talk to.

We just visited a few days ago for lunch. We happened to get there right when they opened, and it was our first time eating at any chili's. I got the sirloin and it was honestly one of the best steaks I've ever had! (And I'm a steak snob) our waitress was incredible, the food was delicious and it cane out very fast!

Extremely long wait just to order, then they got half the order wrong. Couldn't pay on the machine it was broke, took 10 minutes to find somebody to help, then another 10 minutes to get my credit card back. Lame... Won't be back.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but the customer service here truly sucks. The bartender acts like she hates her job. She doesn’t say thank you and gets an attitude when ask how much longer. A group of people came in and was waiting to be seated. I watch her look over at them and didn’t help. They waited about five minutes. I finally told her that the people needed help. Overall chili’s customer service use to be awesome. Seems like no one cares about their job or how they treat people. I’ll continue to eat here, but I’ll necer ever tip anymore.
