Update: Rude, awful service. The girl was mad that she was asked to clean off an over filled, dripping cup of Orange Cream frozen junk. She then poured it out in the drive through splashing my car to try and clean it off and finally got mad and chucked in the trash before deciding that making a new one was her best bet. The she was rude as can be figuring out the complex change for a $20 bill on a $16.63 ticket. Then even more rude handing the food over. The food wasn't bad though I will say but she was way to mad over someone not wanting a sticky running over drink in their car. "Only Taco Bell left that I will eat at. I go sometimes for lunch and it is always good, on the rare occasion that there is an issue they will fix it fast! Some of the other locations could benefit doing some training here."

I enjoy Taco Bell. Honestly. Idk why, but I do. With that being said, this is by far the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Half the time the food is mediocre, and that's if My order is even correctly given to me. Several times I've paid extra money to substitute something and not only was I not given what I paid extra for, they didn't even put the original item in. I've called serval times to complain and IF...huge if..the manager is even "available", they offer little to no answer. Tonight was the last straw, as she (Adrianna) flat out called me a liar. Insisting that she not only personally made my order, she knew "for a fact" that it was handed to me. I even offered to send her a picture of what I received, she again called me a liar. I will never again eat at Taco Bell.

There was a miniscule wait time. The employees were exceedingly cordial. I ordered the nacho fries and tacos. The textures and temperature were spot on. I would eat at the Taco Bell on N Academy again. Thank you!

If I could I'd give then no score, just went through the drive through ordered two things. They saw they had messed up, sent it through the window anyways, so I figured why not give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it's right. I got home, and it was wrong, like I figured it was. Called them manager was nice enough. When I got there to replace the food they messed up, the female employees proceeded to laugh because they knew the messed up. I don't know who does the hiring there, but maybe pick better quality people who aren't going to go out of their way to mess up an order and laugh about it. This is not funny when it's for a pregnant woman, that's how you get killed. Coming from a former employee, that is not tolerable and they need to have some course of action taken for the disrespect of customer service. Definitely won't go back go this one ever again. Edit: got home to give the misses the fixed burrito and the potatoes were hard a rocks. This is such a disgrace, at least try at your jobs. I won't even be going back to have it replaced because God forbid they actually make something right. Nacho fries aren't even seasoned. Terrible ending to my day.

Went in the lobby. I sat there and waited for my food for 20 minutes. Their drive time was at 18+ minutes when i left. And when I got my taco home it had literally fallen completely apart before I could unwrap it what is this taco bell? Y'all literally make fast food for a living
