I wanted to give them five stars as we look forward to eating at an Egg and I when ever we are in town but I am feeling there are some integrity issues. We were told earlier this week kids eat free with an adult meal which drew us back as we have a fourteen month old. Even then, I had to remind the cashier that the kids meal was free. This last time we asked the waitress to make sure that kids meal is free and was told that deal is being phased out but we would have to remind the cashier about it, which I had to. It’s either free or it isn’t. I shouldn’t have to scrutinize my bill to ensure I’m getting what was agreed upon (mistakes happen but this was obviously intentional). It’s either free or it isn’t. We also had to push to get fruit on our daughter’s french toast even though its stated on the menu (its why we ordered it). We were told that they weren’t doing that anymore. The Egg and I needs to be a little more forthcoming or they’re going to get themselves a bad reputation.

First and last time coming here. There was our family and one other table in the restaurant but this was the WORST service. The two servers sat and rolled silver ware , talking HORRIBLY about customers and this elderly couple they had in there previously. Everytime we asked for napkins or refills it was like we were bothering them. Food was gross and bland. Go somewhere better.

It can get busy but the food is quick and the staff is always great and friendly.

Frequented this location for awhile but the service is horrible. Never had a problem with the food. Just poorly managed and a couple of rude waitresses.

Love their corned beef hash, great hollandaise sauce, or their eggs Benedict. Coffee it's great also! Never been disappointed in any location on the front range!
