We went online to take advantage of the $7.99 two-item offer. The application was quick as was placing the order. And, in 15 minutes we were able to pick up the pizza, nearby. When we arrived we were not welcomed by the attendant who was cleaning tables in an empty dining area at 7 pm. The pizza was ready and within five minutes we sat down to eat at home. Quickly we noticed that the pizza was extremely dry (HARD) with nearly NO cheese on it. We actually believed it was a re-heated pizza from the lunch hour. We prepared something else to eat. And, I called the store to ask if that was a possibility. The manager, Eric, was understanding and apologetic. He asserted that the pizzas were disposed of after 30 minutes and that perhaps the temperature on the pick up shelf was likely too high and dried out the pizza. For me, it's not worth arguing about for an $8 buck pizza. I'll just note that the pizza there was simply no good...that evening. Eric did take the step to credit my account, which was appreciated.----Dr. Mike

I guess Courtesy isn't on the menu at this Pizza Hut. I accidently put the wrong address for delivery. The guy called me & said he'd work it out. I promised to pay extra. Finally realized I wasn't getting my pizza 3 hours later even though the wrong address was 30 minutes from the correct address.

The lunch buffet is great. Jules is usually the waitress for your drink orders and she's terrific!

We did an online order and when we went to pick it up decided to stay at restaurant to eat. I was going to order a soda to share with my husband, but the young lady just gave us one for free. That was a nice unexpected surprise.
