I realize with this booming economy it's hard to find good help. But I just don't feel welcomed at this location but the staff. I'll updated my review in the future if I ever come back and get treated better.

I went in and order something specifically. The manager told the cashier to change my order after I told her what I asked for. I told the cashier once again that I asked for a sandwich. When I called to tell them that my order was wrong the manager acted like it was my fault and told me that "they're not going to listen to you, they're going to listen to me." Although I'm the customer and knows exactly what I ordered. I'm all the way at home and my only option is to eat food I didn't order or get back out in the cold and rain. I'm not eating something I didn't want so that's $11+ down the drain.

This Location has greatly improved since opening ! If you haven’t tried them lately, you should give them a shot. We visited today, and the experience was pleasant from the moment we walked in. Instantly greeted when we opened the door , my order was fresh and correct. My brisket sandwich was piled high with tender meat, the sides were good and also fresh. The restaurant was clean , the staff was polite. Plus you can’t beat free ice cream for desert. We will definitely be back.

This Dickey's is the best. I love their tanglers and brownies! The meat and macaroni and cheese is yummy too!

By far the worst Dickey's location. I believe their business is struggling and that is because the manager is an awful woman. I went in on a Friday evening because it is very close to my home. I ordered a family meal that came with a pound of meat and two sides, to go. I asked for brisket, mac and cheese, fried okra. The woman who took my order had a very unpleasant demeanor and almost seemed annoyed that I was ordering. My son and I waited for quite some time. There were two other people in the entire place. Finally our $31 meal was ready. When I got home, I found that there was no barbecue sauce in the bag and I recieved French fries instead of fried okra. The French fries had an odd burnt smell to them. I called and spoke with the same woman. Again, she was annoyed but said if I came back, she would correct my order. She was very petty and said to bring the French fries back and I told her I gladly would. I went back to the restaurant with my 3 yo. We walked in the door and saw the manager's sour face. She again handed me a container of French fries. I explained AGAIN I ordered fried okra. She became angry and huffed and violently slammed the okra into the fryer. I told her that I did not appreciate her ugly demeanor and told her I saw her slam the poor frozen okra. She got red in the face and said she'd had a long day. I told her she should not take that out on her customers. She tossed me a bbq sauce container and directed me to get my own bbq sauce. I told her I would be addressing her behavior. She then went on to give me a couple cards for free sandwiches and some silverware. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to Dickeys. Not even for a FREE sandwich. The meat was dry and the sides were terrible. I would actually feel better about wiping my ass with $30 than spending it at Dickey's BBQ. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Do not eat here, save your money and disappointment. And in the future, I will drive across town and out of my way to Front Range Barbeque, where the food is delicious and the staff is kind and pleasant.
