We ate early on a Sunday in the winter and the staff was almost overly friendly just like most people at The Broadmoor property, but it’s not a complaint, it’s refreshing in this day and age. It will cost $14 to enter the park via a shuttle (no cars allowed). Then it’s a little less than a one mile walk to the base of the falls and the restaurant. Food was terrific. Bison burger was great and although my wife’s nachos arrived cold, they made some new ones and they were great too. They use pork green chili stew on the nachos which was unique.

We ordered the nachos, the black bean burger, and the trout. Everything tastes good. The restaurant has a great atmosphere too.

Would not recommend this. The walk to the falls is beautiful but everything is over priced and the restaurant did not have good service or food. You have to ride on the hotel shuttle which makes the boring part of the experience a lot long than it needs to be.

This place is not the same since Broadmoore bought it. Its very expensive to see something that is natural

After hiking around seven falls this was the perfect place to come for a cup of hot chocolate on a cold day. The servers were friendly and helpful, the place was warm and inviting and the hot chocolate delicious.
