I was sorely disappointed especially considering the high reviews. We had four entrees and they gave us 3 scoops of rice and had the audacity to charge us when we ask for more. They were pretty skimpy on the meat portion of the entrees. Additionally everybody ordered the hot level but it was more like a mild. Drinks were so so and the server definitely lacked any kind of enthusiasm for what she did. My fresh spring roll obviously I've been made the day before and was dry on the outside. Save your money I will not come back to this place.

My family is from Thailand, and I eat here frequently! I honestly haven’t tried many other Thai places in the Colorado Springs area, just because I am so happy with the food here. It’s definitely authentic, and even when I order take out, I never have to wait too long. I’ve ordered different dishes on the menu, and all were delicious.Their Thai tea is pretty good, the Mango Sticky Rice could be a little sweeter, but this is for sure one of my favorite restauraunts in The Springs.

Really comfortable/modern atmosphere, unobtrusive lounge style music, and decently priced lunch specials that taste great (got my dish with medium spice and it's great in the cold weather). Not sure what the drinks are like, and I'll never know but it really is a nice place to catch lunch if you have some extra time. The bar and drinks offered seem really tasty, so if you have friends and are looking for a place other than your standard American or Texmex cuisine, try NaRai Siam!

We have been here a few times. I've been to a good amount of Thai restaurants in my lifetime and although this one has nice decor and is a fantastic place to take someone for a date, it's a tiny bit impersonal and I hate the seating arrangements, very crowded. I also really dislike that there is a bar, I don't feel like I can take my family here past 5PM, similar to Hatch Covers which is in the same plaza, good for lunch, but not a place to come with family past a certain time. The host we had to seat us last time was young, she didn't really take it into consideration that we had a 4 year old and I had a pregnant belly, she sat us right next to the bar so it was really annoying. The Thai tea is yummy and the grilled lemon grass steak is amazing! Pad see ew is a hit and miss, some batches too dry or salty so it's not consistent. Adding chicken to pad see ew or fried rice is a mistake, it's incredibly dry. I'd rate the food a 3, Thai tea is a 5, interior is a 5, atmosphere is a 2, service is a 3 and a 5 if you get lucky and the owner is the one that assists you.

Nice Thai place, nice dining room area. Lunch specials are a good deal- I couldn't eat all of it!
