Omg i have never been to a better Chinese place. Miles the new manager was awesome. Service was great food was great. Restaurant was clean. They greet you the second the door opens. This is the way a restaurant should be....

They had 6 people working and some how they were still "understaffed". They had a line back up and didnt have some sides made. I had to wait for my food and then they got my order wrong. I asked for half white rice and half mixes veggies. And she put half veggies and half veggies. How does that make any sense? It doesnt. Then she was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me when i asked politely for my rice. Also when the lines were backed up they sent one of their co workers to go get them wing stop.

First time coming to this location and I was so annoyed. I had told the lady that I wanted two to go boxes I told her I wanted noodles for both of them. I see her only get one box I was thinking she would do them separately. When we moved to the meat side I told her I wanted orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. She puts both meats on the one box when I saw her do this I told her I wanted 2 to go boxes not 1. She looked at me as if she didn’t understand what I was telling her, she drops the teriyaki chicken on to the cutting bored, gives me an attitude and asks me what I wanted for the second one she grabs a bowl and I told her not a bowl I wanted the box. She rolls her eyes at me puts the noodles which she put more cabbage than noodles and just threw the chicken in there. I had asked her I wanted the teriyaki sauce and she nods but closes my box. My wife steps in and tells her that I wanted the sauce she rolls her eyes again and sighs and scoops the sauce. I was so annoyed if you don’t want to be there then don’t work and do something else. I don’t wanna be rude but I am paying for this therefore I expect it to be as I say. Not once did she apologize she was becoming irritated that I kept repeating myself to her; well then freaking LISTEN. Will I come back to this area? Probably not of that lady is there.

Food was okay and delicous BUT the workers there were not wearing gloves and were eating theyre own food right over the food they serve you as well as try to talk to you and help with your order with a mouth full of food. i asked the younger women there if was a extra cost if she could put more food on my plate as it looked rather slim to compared to the customer in front of me. she explained it was no extra cost at all. but when i bought my food there was an extra 4.99$ fee for an extra plate which i did not receive. Dont get me wrong the food was very good. but they have a sever cleanliness issue as well not knowing they own prices. in addition me and my wife could not find table to sit down on because all of them had crumbs and leftovers from previous customers. i then had to ask them for a wet rag to clean off they're own tables and do they're job for them considering they eat food all over the food they serve you. i wouldn't recommend coming here if you dont like them eating food while talking to you or just dont like eating in a very un-clean environment .

I came during rush hour so there was a line and a wait for the food... On the Brightside it was fresh and about what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. The staff was very stressed out (understandably because of how busy it was) but courteous. Most of the local Chinese food shops are better and about the same price, with quicker service.
