Good food that's better than McDonald's & not up to Red Robin's std. A step up from fast food. Delicious fish, especially. Excellent service and better than usual sides. Good prices. A sit down restaurant that also has a drive up.

I would rate this location a zero. The restraunt was disgusting and dirty, and very bad service. Waited 30 minutes for 3 shakes and a banana split. When we finally got served the ice cream was melted already and disgusting. Not only was the food terrible the service was the worst. First in line but ignored everyone else was served but us I don't know if it was because we were the only brown people there, but when we confronted them they just laughed in our faces. We ordered and paid just like everyone else. We even spoke to the manager but he still continued to ignore us and serve everyone else. The staff was rude, 10 people there but only one person actually working. It needs better staff and management. I don't recommend coming to this location at all.

They are a very nice Restaurant; would not call them fast food because of their prices. Since their prices are higher than regular fast food choices they should be held at a higher standard. I am also a Mystery Shop Independent and I will be doing a Franchise National Review on them in the near future. The review has changed since these people do not take orders properly; they need to listen to the customer and restate back to the customer to ensure proper orders. They open at 10am but the door has an embossed sign stating 1030am. The manager seems unskilled in management tactics. The order I placed today was a salad w/blue cheese dressing, a plain fish sandwich with fish on a bun that it "fits" on and medium fries. The only thing they got right was the fries. I summoned the manager, she re-did the fish but put it on a bun instead of a hoagie bun because the fish was longer. They apparently do not have an adequate employee training program. This review is going nation wide market review! I warned them before.
