This is our first time ever visiting an Arby’s restaurant. We are visiting Colorado from Florida, as soon as we entered the door we were greeted by Robert’s great personality and projecting voice as he welcomed us to the restaurant. We immediately felt at home and proceeded to the counter where he went to great length and made sure to go over items on the menu with us that we may like. The Whole time he was extremely cheery and was smiling as he helped us with our order. His personality was so great that we decided to make a donation towards the make a difference fund. I can’t stress how pleasant he was, to put it briefly I would’ve donated 1million dollars to the cause (if I had it) because of his passion for his job. We also noticed that everyone after us also made a donation which I’m pretty sure his personality is a big factor of. As we sat there to eat he made sure to check if we were completely satisfied with our food, which shows that he really cares for his customers. Please give this guy a promotion he deserves it. Also things to mention is that the whole crew seems to work as a team, and I will definitely be visiting Arby’s back home in Florida.
