Honestly this is one of the worst restaurants I've been to. We were so excited to go out and try this place, especially with all the great reviews. It says it's a high end sushi place. We were completely let down. We showed up at this place and we're seated only to be waiting 15 minutes before the server even came over. Then when he did come over there was no welcome or apology for us waiting. My wife was in the service world, so she understands the busyness of a restaurant. She was disturbed by the lack of hospitality. It was as if we were an inconvenience because it was just us two. My heart breaks for my wife because we came out to celebrate my birthday and she was so excited to do something special and take us somewhere special. She was in tears with disappointment about this place at the end of the night. The server treated us so poorly. The food would practically be thrown on the table and then torn off when done. Even to the point things were spilled and left on the table. The sushi came out and was commercial tasting with small portions, which is crazy for the high amount you pay. We have been to sushi places all over the world and definitely don't mind paying for higher class sushi but this is not that. The experience was even worse. You know we looked across the table and saw someone else celebrating their birthday with a dessert and candle. My wife sat there excited about the place we were going to. She gave me a card and the server walked by and asked what's being celebrated, my wife smiled and told him it's my birthday... he says happy birthday and rushed off. Never to be brought up again, no dessert from the restaurant. It was so hard to see that my wife felt like my birthday was a complete let down because of the place she brought me to. She was crying at the end of the night feeling the birthday was a disaster. It's crazy to think a restaurant could leave you feeling like this. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is snobby, unwelcoming and disappointing. I hope you find this review helpful and saves you from the same experience.

Our experience was phenomenal! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and every bite was truly a party in my mouth! The staff was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about not only the menu, but the history of the chef and restaurant. Our server made excellent recommendations when we weren’t sure what to order. We cannot wait to return and work our way through the menu!

This place is incredible. Just recently visited some friends in Denver and this is where they took us for dinner. The best Japanese/sushi restaurant I've ever been to. Everything was great! The atmosphere, service and food all top notch. I sampled several things but I would have to say the sea bass with black truffle was my favorite and the yellowtail sashimi a very close second. I wish they had a location in Cincinnati.

I like the look and feel of this place. Clean and modern. Each time I've been the service has been great. The wait staff are always super knowledgeable about the memu. As well as super friendly. The food is delicious. I'll be back.

We went to celebrate my dads 60th birthday, and we just had the chef send out a variety of things to try within our price and taste parameters. It was incredibly delicious and a very fun way to celebrate. The atmosphere is highly sophisticated without being stuffy or overdone. Can’t wait to go back!
