Two words: spicy chicken! That’s the go-to recommendation. But they also have a few seasonal options which often turn into my favorites. The fried green tomato bun is a delight! Bring a few friends, grab a bottle of sake and chow down.

We came at the first time and saw lively place full of visitors. I was pleased that they have a lot of veggie options. I had a veggie ramen. It was beautifully served and so delicious. The service was fast and efficient. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.

I've heard so many great things about Uncle, and the food just didn't live up to the hype. It was ok, but for the price you could definitely do better. I'm not sure if they were going for some sort of backstreet Tokyo hidden gem ramen joint vibe, but the place is barely visible... from the sidewalk... 10 feet away on foot. The patio is nice if you want to people watch while enjoying a beer.

WOW! The food here was amazing. Pork buns were perfection. Everything we ordered was delicious.

I would suggest going to this restaurant on any day but the weekends. It has become too busy for the quality of the food, and it is not worth waiting hours for this ramen when there are 3 other fantastic ramen places within a few miles of this place. New host is a great guy and does his job really well. Last host was an absolute idiot and I was unable to eat at the restaurant because he simply could not keep his list consistent and was unable to seat people at any given time for no reason whatsoever. Do not even bother trying to come here at or past 9PM on a weekend though. They will not seat people an hour before closing time. Don't even bother.
