Olazzo knows how to set the mood. If you go in the evening the place will be dimly lit and people will be quietly chatting. The service is always very friendly and fast. Their Italian wine selection is great. It's a wonderful place for a date or a family meal.

I love this restaurant! The Italian food is delicious! I go to this restaurant and also order for carry-out. In both instances, the staff is friendly and quick! My seven year old son loves Olazzo's Ravioli Rosa, and so do I!

Beat Italian restaurant in downtown Bethesda! I have meet family here many times for both lunch and dinner and no matter what I order it is always amazing. Portions are very generous so you can expect to get lunch for the next day out of your meal as well. Their bar also has a surprisingly good selection of beers as well as wines. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for classic Italian food.

They've got a great variety of Italian food and a ton of options for people who don't eat meat. The wine menu is good, as well as the beer list, and the staff is super friendly. I've never had an issue getting a table, but I also come on non-peak hours, so that might have something to do with it. Fair price for the quality. More of a modern Italian place over an ultra-traditional Italian place (which I think is a good thing), so if you're looking for that deal, head elsewhere. Food stays true mostly.

We arrived before the dinner rush and had decent and friendly service. We had the calamari as an appetizer, it was ok at best. My description of it was boring, no seasoning on the rings and the sauce was pretty bland. I recommend a different option for an appetizer. I had the grilled eggplant for dinner and it was amazing! Full of flavor and plenty of garlic in the sauce, this dish really made up for the app. My wife had the linguini and clams and she was very happy with her choice. She normally orders this dish when we eat Italian and while it was not the best she's ever had, she would definitely order it again, it was in her top 3 she said. The prices were very good for the quality of food and ambiance, it was a bit loud -but that it to be expected during the dinner rush. The only reason I did not leave 5 stars is because of the calamari, liven that dish up and it would be a 5 star review for sure. I would definitely recommend dinner here to a friend and I would gladly come again.
