I went here on Friday, April 27th for a family dinner. After ordering our drinks, it took a good 20 minutes to receive them (two beers; I watched a table get seated after us get their drinks before us).
My lady ordered a grilled chicken wrap with sauce, a side of chips/salsa, and I ordered wings and a side of fries.
When the food FINALLY arrived (the same table that was sat after us got there food before us) they not only didn’t provide my fries, but the wrap was completely wrong. When we brought it to the attention of the waitress, she went and fetched her manager (a rather portly fellow who had an attitude) who was upset we complained, and had the nerve to ask “So you don’t want the food?!”. Well no, it isn’t what we ordered. He took it and went back to the kitchen with it.
After another 20 minutes or so he brought the new wrap, sans the side she chose, and made a snarky comment about how “it had the sauce now” that she wanted.
This was my first time at a Buffalo and I will not be back. Your staff messed up our order then wanted to act like it was our fault. Sorry but that’s not how it works. I should have looked up the other reviews before going.
