We were seated right away as we arrived fairly early for dinner service. It wasn't crowded at all. Our waitress initially took our drink and appetizer orders fairly quick, but then waited about 30 minutes for our food and when it came out it was barely warm. We literally ate as fast as we could, but the temperature on the food had gotten to room temperature before we got through half of our dishes. My friend also mentioned the men's restroom was FILTHY. I've been to several Buffalo Wild Wings locations and this one is the worst.

I went here on Friday, April 27th for a family dinner. After ordering our drinks, it took a good 20 minutes to receive them (two beers; I watched a table get seated after us get their drinks before us). My lady ordered a grilled chicken wrap with sauce, a side of chips/salsa, and I ordered wings and a side of fries. When the food FINALLY arrived (the same table that was sat after us got there food before us) they not only didn’t provide my fries, but the wrap was completely wrong. When we brought it to the attention of the waitress, she went and fetched her manager (a rather portly fellow who had an attitude) who was upset we complained, and had the nerve to ask “So you don’t want the food?!”. Well no, it isn’t what we ordered. He took it and went back to the kitchen with it. After another 20 minutes or so he brought the new wrap, sans the side she chose, and made a snarky comment about how “it had the sauce now” that she wanted. This was my first time at a Buffalo and I will not be back. Your staff messed up our order then wanted to act like it was our fault. Sorry but that’s not how it works. I should have looked up the other reviews before going.

Restaurants should prioritize customer service and cleanliness. This Buffalo Wild Wings does not! After being seated by our hostess, it took over 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge our presence. Once she did it took another 10 minutes before she came and took our drink orders. After we ordered drinks and our food, the diners behind us notified us about a roach crawling along our booth. Unacceptable and a sanitation issue. We politely cancelled our order with the hostess and left. No one should pay to dine with insects. If I can rate it 0 stars I will gladly do so. Disgusting.

Walked in and all these servers are standing around the hostess. They were like hovering! She couldn't decide where to seat us for about 10 minutes. Finally we sat down & the waitress did not know the happy hour apps menu. She did not know about the drink specials. When she did put in our order, after about 10 minutes, she apologized that our bucket of beer would be a while yet. Out of her control. We decided to go down the street to Boston's, where we knew the food was good and service was great. I asked the manager on the way out if he ever read the reviews for his restaurant & he said he was new (sev. months) and they did not apply. I told him to look again...there are many negative reviews just within the past few weeks.

I love Bdubs.. but something about this location has the food tasting off to me. I've given it a few chances and things taste different and not as good of quality control. I suggest the one at the avenue's over this one. Also, their changing table in the Family room is at an angle, it is not safe and they did not seem like they took it seriously when notified.
