We had 6 people and expected a wait on Mother's Day because of that. We waited inside by the lobster tank and noticed another group with several people, that came in after us, being seated. I went over to them and said that I thought we had been skipped. She told me yes because we didn't come when we were called. We were right there 5 feet from them! She kind of chuckled as she said that maybe she didn't say it loud enough. We also had given them our phone number because they said they would text us when our table was ready... that didn't happen either. We had to wait another 45 minutes for another table, and I was very angry but didn't say anything yet because I needed to calm down. After we were seated, I asked to speak to the manager. The server forgot to get HER... the restaurant manager for the day was a Male...interesting to me. I asked again to speak to the manager and then he got this female manager. I explained what happened and she said I'm sorry. I will tell them not to let that happen again...and walked away. No offer to make it right in any way. This is the second time we have had poor service at this restaurant and I have heard many others say the same. We went for Mother's Day and I feel that my wife and the rest of us were disrespected. I left my sunglasses there also and called back the next morning. The Male manager answered the phone and said that he was there the whole day and didn't remember any glasses being turned in with that description. He didn't have time to look anywhere as fast as he answered me. I called back later and another person put me on hold for several minutes while she checked 2 places they put things. They were still not found but at least she cared to look. My whole life I have been in management and I can tell you that this restaurant is managed VERY poorly.

Had dinner there last Thursday. Waited for an hour to be seated. The shrimp in the shrimp pasta and scampi were Raw. Asked for the waitress to take back and I requested crab Alfredo in turn it received noodles and crabmeat. The cook forgot to add the Alfredo sauce. Had to request a side of sauce. By the time I pulled up to my garage I couldn't even make it in the house.... I threw up in my driveway and I experienced stomach issues for 3 days....

Went Saturday for lunch. It was not crowded nor too busy. Was with a party of three. One ordered the steak and lobster, The other order shrimp I think. I order the pairing of lobster and scallops. Everyone but me got their orders correctly. I received skewed shrimp with rice. Neither did I order. Received no lobster. Lady came out and I showed her on the menu what I ordered. She brought me "Savannah Lobster". By then my party had finished their meal. They removed the charge of 11.99 for my lobster I ordered and never received. Waitress stated they had new cooks in the kitchen. Maybe they need to go back to school to learn to read a order ticket. Will never eat there again much less recommend it. What I did eat wasn't worth the price.

Food was good. It was 7pm, busy and the staff was overwhelmed. They did ok but definitely could use more servers at peak times. I will return off peak hours.

Outstanding service. High level dining experience at a 5 star restaurant and the manager made a personal appearance to assure my wife and were being catered to. Well done literally. We had the lobsterfest and steak and lobster i’ll take pictures next time.
