This Red Robin location was very nice! We sat in the bar area since it was just myself and spouse, but we were slightly confused about why the hostess had only said the bar area was available yet there was plenty of tables open in the area with people even just 2 were seated, but not a ice breaker. The bar was a nice space and I loved the lighting, I hate eating in a low lighted restaurant, it makes me want to nap instead! The bar hostess was nice and took our order immediately! The kitchen was a bit slow with our food and she was apologetic each time she got the chance! I would recommend to a friend and will be back as a customer.

The food is good. Really good burgers and fries. The kids meal choices are fantastic. The menu has something for everyone from burgers to chicken to fish. The atmosphere is funny and energetic. I would suggest the peach tea and the bottomless root beer floats! The best thing about this restaurant is the outstanding service. There is is pretty much always a line but the staff keeps you updated on your wait, they have balloons for kids and a good area to sit down while waiting. We had a large party (10) so we waited a little longer. When we were seated our server Miranda came to our table promptly and had great energy. She was responsive and attentive. She is one of the best servers I have seen in a while. She kept our drinks full, brought out extra fries and made sure we were all good with our order. She was polite and had a great attitude.the manager came by and checked on our table twice. The staff was attentive while giving all there other tables the same kind of service. With service like this we will definitely come back.

Maybe they are understaffed.... The burger was great, cooked perfect. When we came to the restaurant they seemed busy with how many empty tables there were. So because of that the hostess recommended we sit at the bar. We sat down and sadly it was by where the bar pick up station was. I don't remember the name of the bartender but she was working as fast as she couldn't and some waitresses were STILL giving her greif. Not only was she responsible for the drinks at the bar, the milkshakes, but she also had her own customers that she was trying to take care of and some of these waitresses made me upset. Saying she needed to pick up the pace or asking where the drinks were. By the time the poor girl asked for help someone said they would come around and help her and she finished it on her own.... What was the point? It was pretty unprofessional, and the staff just seemed worn out. Not a positive but not a horrible experience. Food was great, Fries aren't my favorite but that's a personal preference I am sure.

Do NOT place a to-go order from this place. Trust me, it's not worth it. Tried doing it 3 different times. Each time, the same thing. Hour to hour and a half wait for food regardless of them telling you it will be 20-30 mins. The food is cold and their curbside pick up is a joke. If you're going to have curbside, please have someone watching for people that pull up or answer the phone when you call. It's pointless if you don't. The kitchen needs to get it together. Never again will I make this mistake.

I have been to many Red Robins including the first one in Seattle and have always had a good experience. This one at St John's Town Center was a huge disappointment. Walking through the door there was no one there to greet and seat us. We stood there for a couple of minutes and finally had to hunt someone down. There were at least 5 or 6 employees just hanging out in the kitchen doing nothing. Granted there was hardly anyone in the restaurant but it's insane that someone did not at least check the front on a regular basis to make sure no one had come in. So we finally get seated. The waitress comes and takes the drink order, left to get the drinks, came back and took the order. This is where it all goes downhill. The food comes out and after a while discovered that the wrong burger was brought out. The waitress was nowhere to be found. She never came back to the table to check on us, refill our drinks until after we were finished with our dinner. A drink refill would have been nice while trying to eat. Finally she stopped by to ask about a fry refill and as walking away finally noticed the drinks were empty. A new basket of fries and drink refills were brought out. The food was not up to a normal Red Robin standards. Besides getting the wrong burger, the fries were very soggy. Finally it's time to pay the bill. I am not happy at all with the experience but was not in the mood to listen to a bunch of I'm sorry and other excuses. The bill was paid through that automated thing on the table and then asks for a survey. Of course I filled that out. When I was at the section to type in your comments, suddenly all attention was on us. Is it working OK? Anything else? We finished the survey and left never to return to this location again. This is such a great area and it is such a shame this location is ran so poorly. I do not see them being in business much longer if this is how you are going to run the place. A shame because I always enjoy eating at Red Robin. I will continue but not at this location.
