I'm not sure they even deserve the 1. My daughter and a group of her friends had reservations tonight at 6:30 to eat before heading to their prom. They weren't even seated until 7:30 and the chef didn't get over to them until after 8:30 (prom starts at 8pm and is about a 40 minute drive away!). Because they're kids and now in a hurry to drive the distance to prom (they had to be there by 9pm because one of the boys was part of the prom court) they told the server they had to go and they got to-go bags! They paid FULL price for TO-GO bags after waiting 2 hours!! Obviously the management did not care and did nothing because they are kids! All of the parents are furious and we will not be going there EVER and will be telling all of our friends as well. This was a group of 8 kids...all with parents...and circles of friends...ripples...just saying! Absolutely horrible service!

Very disappointed with Domo's customer service. My son and friends had a 6:30 reservation on Prom Night, they were not seated until after 7:30, and it took almost another hour for the Hibachi chef to get to the table. Prom started at 9:00, so kids had to leave immediately after the chef arrived. By the time they arrived at prom they only had an hour and a half left to dance. They paid top price for to go bags and had cold leftovers after prom. ðŸ˜ª

In the past I would've rated this place a *1* based on poor (and rude) handling by the owner/manager of a botched order BUT they have turned around. Great service, great show, good food plus they give a free meal on your birthday as long as you buy 2 other dinners over $23. I confess we only come here on birthdays but we have a good time and will be back.

I went there this past Sunday to get myself something to eat for take out. I called and the girl on the other end said to give them 30 minutes. I gave them 45 to be exact. When I showed up my order was not ready. I sat for 10 min and waited. Finally the girl behind the desk asked me what I ordered. I told her again and about 10 min later she brought me my meal. But with no salad or soup. I asked her about that and she went and got my salad. I asked about my soup and she said if I didn't personally ask for it she couldn't give it to me but can charge me for it. At that point I was so done with the restraunt that I paid and left. Wednesday I checked my back account like I do regularly and Domo has charged me twice for my meal. But the charges are not the same. There is a 10 cent difference in the prices charged. This is unacceptable. And will be taken care of.
