Worst Philly Cheese Steak Ever I ordered Large Philly Cheese Steak and I especially told him I wanted everything in the sandwich. I also told him I wanted wheat bread when I was giving the order. He said he put white bread -without asking me- and he can't change it. Then he said he will change it for me -as if he was doing me a favor-. The sandwich came so blunt. There was nothing but onions. No bell peppers, no mayonnaise, nothing. I called the owner, she offered half of the price off on my next visit but I am not returning.

One of the BEST Larry's sub shops in Jax!

Everytime I go to this location my order has been wrong. They always question the additional toppings I add to my order, and still can't get it right. Like I don't know what I want on my sub!

This is a place worth going to.

Been eating @ Larrys for 25 years. Ive visited the PV store a 100 times and the sandwiches are always good. That being said, today was different. We ordered 2 subs, 1 large and 1 medium both with extra cheese. When we got home 15 minutes away, we had 2 medium subs with no cheese on either. Who eats Philly cheesesteaks and meatball subs without cheese? The worse part was when I called, I spoke to the manager and HE wasnt happy with ME. IM the customer! His offer was to get half off next visit OR drive back up there 15 minutes away and get new subs. So, the deal is that I have to drive twice to get the correct order-ok! When my daughter got there and walked in the busy store, he shouted at her "COME HERE"! When she didnt know he was talking to her he did it again, " COME HERE" He took the bag out of her hand and she asked did he want to see them and he said NO-I dont want to see them, I made them! Then he handed her a new bag and said ":Take this one" He did not apologize or have the least bit of remorse for his customer that has now done 2 30 minute round trip drives to his establishment. Mistakes happen everywhere. We are all human, it is how we recover from the mistakes that is important. Im sad to say he didnt do very well. I dont think customers should have to feel the effects of someone elses bad day. Just the way I feel.
