They refused to provide a glass if water. They could provide a cup of ice, but they are not allowed to fill it with water. Only willing to sell me water.

The service was horrible. While we were waiting to be attended they were all eating their phone and laughing. When we got our food the chicken was over seasoned and the mash potatoes didn't even taste like mash potatoes.

The juices were delicious, the place was very clean and the staff was friendly

Basically your eating at a buffer without the all you can eat aspect. That being said the portions are huge. My problem was that I couldn't tell what was fresh and what had been sitting out all day. It's a roll of the dice. Another downside is that the seating is outside and the weather here as we know is very hot and humid. You also may have to share your meal with a few pigeons or two or three. The upside is fresh juices. Basically a place to grab a quick bite if your in the mood for some cuban food. Don't expect gourmet or you will be disappointed. You will also be earing with plastic utensils as well.

The food is not as great as I remember. The chicken breast was dry and I broke two plastic forks trying to cut it. The moro was good.
