I love it at Orchid but I do think the prices are a bit high. I usually get the Beef Pad Thai and I really love the flavors. I do think that more chicken comes with the Chicken Pad Thai though. The Beef Pad Thai is around $16. The spring rolls for appetizers are also really good. So overall great flavors! The atmosphere is very relaxing. I’ve eaten inside and outside before and I recommend sitting outside when the weather is nice :)

Used to love it here until the service went down hill. My husband and I don’t expect much out of customer service and we were long time customers or Orchid... but after asking if we could do an in-between spicy between mild and medium (which we had done a few times prior), the waitress told us we should go somewhere else if we wanted to customize. So we left. Food is decent and location is great but there are way better Thai places that treat you well!

Great food with reasonable pricing. The staff is very friendly. The manager is great too. Overall if you are looking to grab lunch or dinner you're in for a real treat. The outside seating is a plus as well.

Annie and Orchid Thai did a fabulous job catering our wedding. We met with her several times to pick the menu, sample it, and go over the reception space. She was more than a caterer. When our napkins came in the wrong color, she handled it and got the correct color napkin and had them folded for us. During the reception, the Orchid Thai staff was on point. They were courteous and, made sure everyone had enough to drink and eat. They passed out our cake and offered coffee service along with it. The food as always was great. Many of our guests raved about the food. They even accommodated the children at our reception allowing us to provide chicken nuggets and French fries for our niece and nephew, and they put them in the oven at the facility for us. We cannot recommend Annie and Orchid Thai more!!! Awesome catering services!

We usually get takeout from here. The pad Thai comes in mild medium or hot. The mild is sweet and the medium is inedible in terms of spiciness. We usually ask for an in-between mild and medium, cause it’s nice to have “a little kick” and not “a punch”. After having this order multiple times, the hostess argued over and over that there was “no control” in the spices, and the three ratings are the ONLY ratings. No exceptions. So we took our business elsewhere.
