I've been there a few times now and it is very good. All the food you can eat for a reasonable price, and very good quality food very tasteful. Meat at its best, just like you want it, salad bar with all you would like. Very nice ambiance, I've been there with big groups and alone and I've always been satisfied. The employees very attentive and take very good care of you.

Had a wonderful and attentive experience last night. My husband has a food allergy and Carina was amazing, generous of spirit and kind in her attention to his safety. Our waiter was outstanding too! On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend The Knife in Orlando.

Everyone was super nice! They all greeted us when we came in. The food was delicious. The bartender Javier came out and greeted us at our table and asked us if we were enjoying our drinks. The waitress was super nice! As we were leaving everyone gathered together and told us to have a good day! The chefs at meat area even waved at us through the window as we left. Definitely will be going back!

The knife is always good... the service at the Parrilla is too slow. I spent over 15 minutes in line and there was only 3 people in front of me. Only 1 guy cooking. Other than that, everything was very good!!

Got here around 6pm to find many an open table. Got my first plate of what turned out to be mostly dry and bland meats. I tried 5 different selections, only liked one. I went to the "salad bar" which has nearly as few options as a burger joint would. As I'm working on my meal i notice the line getting progressively longer until it reaches the entry door. You'd think a place that has buffet meat would have more than one kitchen for the 40 something tables I'd guess they have. I forgot the parking sucks too. The only thing going for this place was the waitress was polite and pretty attentive. EDIT: I just received the bill and found their dessert list has some desserts that are up charges you won't be informed of! We (party of 4) were told dessert was included with dinner and 2 of the 3 who ordered dessert had additional charges! Last time I'll be here.
