Need to service High quality but now up to mark.

Very unhappy with manager (Joseph) @ the Chiii's in Land O Lakes Fl. Every time we go there (last 6 months) the salt in salt shakers is wet. Told Joseph (mgr.) He didn't bring new shaker or any more salt (we hadn't eat our meal).Didn't show any concern or offer any restitution (example: take drinks off, free appetizer etc.) He couldn't cared less. We normally eat there @ least 3 times a week and usually take family or friends with us. We had enough rewards to get 2 for 20 free with points left over. There are now 3 new nice sit down restraints (like Chili's) which we will be using. I hope the Corporate Office will be concerned enough about their management of their restaurant as they seem to be about their service and servers.Very disappointed with manager and attitude.

I didnt like anything about my experience last night at the auburndale,Florida chili's. To start out, it was not busy at all considering it was just after 6pm. The bartender, Nicole was hardly behind the bar to take my order. After a lengthy wait, I asked her in passing for a Corona with lime and a bud light for my wife. She finally brought the beers but no lime. After another disappearing and a wait, I asked for some limes. I got them a few minutes later. I was there with my wife whom had a reservation for 8, for a group of coworkers / baby shower. By 6:30pm all the shower goers were present and shifted to a awaited table. I remained in place at the bar to order my dinner. After a long wait, I ordered my second corona and thought it to be best to get my order in while she was there. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas and the corn bread after a few questions about the cornbread. After another long wait, I killed a roach on my dinner napkin of all places and the bartender saw that. She then sent the manager over to me and I told him in private that I killed a roach on the bar right where I sat. I said they've been trying to get that under control. He then told me they were out of cornbread and apologized about that, which no big deal but less than a minute later, the corn bread arrived? Unfortunately it was horrible so I t Houghton no big deal I have fajitas coming. Fajitas arrive, bartender still not around and my order is wrong. I ordered steak and shrimp, I received shrimp and chicken and the meal was burnt and the onions and peppers were stuck to the hot plate in a blacken state. My experience was not improving so say the least. Bartender showed up and I told her my order was wrong. She put in a order for the steak. I ate what I could and the steak showed up after my meal was gone. My wife came over to see me, and I told her how disappointed I was and at that moment she crushed another roach on the bar the moment she sat down and a couple sitting next to me saw it happen. By this time I'm feeling green. I paid my bill of $45.73 plus a undeserved $10.00 tip and moved from the bar and to the table with wife and coworkers. She had a separate tab at her table for a bowl of potato soup which she did not eat. No servers offered to make the meal experience into a positive experience. I'm not interested in returning to chili's for a do over and out of all fairness, I should get my hard earned money back. Everyone involved at chili's got their money without being penalized for both poor food, poor service and apparently a roach infestation.

This complaint is for Pine Bluff loction, The service is beyound acceptable. I know that Chili's as a whole is a good company, however this location goes with out saying. The service is really poor. The staff is less than professional or caring. Every order that I order from Chili's has poor presentation and small amount compared to eating there. I really wish that I could order from some other resturant. If I were to rate this restaurtant is would be less than 0, if that is possible.
