We got seated quickly within seconds of coming in the door. Service was quick and food was great. Exactly what we asked and looked for. We definitely will come back for Free pie Wednesday! All employees we met were very polite.

Being from Ohio I was in search of a cozy breakfast place. Village Inn was friendly, affordable, and delicious! I enjoyed the French Toast and the coffee was nice too. Next time in Florida, I'll visit again.

Prices have gone up! Food quality is sometimes good, sometimes not. Not worth the price increase.

Used to come here every Sunday, I’ve stopped recently. The place has gone down hill from the cleanliness, customer service and food. It’s like playing Russian roulette when you go in there. A hit or miss.

I came into your restaurant on Big Bend Road to meet my boyfriend for dinner several minutes ago. Worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. I waited six minutes to be acknowledged & seated for dine-in. I never did get that acknowledgement. As a matter of fact, a couple with two children came in behind me who were now waiting with me to be acknowledged. We had an agreeable conversation about how rude it is. I even had time to then call my boyfriend and have a lengthy conversation with him about how we need to meet somewhere else. The family behind me decided to leave and go to another restaurant due to poor customer service upon entering. When I got off the phone, customers that were still waiting before me advised it took forever for someone to acknowledge them as well. I eventually asked the checkout clerk for the general manager's contact info before I also decided to go ahead and leave as well. The clerk went to the back .... I waited another two minutes..... she returned without explaining why I am still waiting then proceeded to sit the family that just walked through the door. I had to become irate before the lazy manager on duty decided to come out with a business card with your contact info. He was not apologetic and did not ask me any questions. I took the card and advised I will not spend money here and left. Even if the place is busy, a simple "I will be right with you" goes a long way. Bad customer service is never acceptable. Imagine how much money this restaurant lost simply because they failed to say hello. By the way, it wasn’t even busy.
