I've had mediocre service here in the past but I keep foolishly coming back hoping it will be improved but today will be my last time patronizing this location. I was told they couldn't take 2 separate orders for the same vehicle ( really? It's like ringing up 2 separate transactions) and when we asked for substitutions we get to window and magically they can't do that anymore either. The speed and cost is not worth the hassle. I'll go to public across the street and get chicken

Its Popeyes....not worth the wait if there is a line inside or out, as the long wait is only upstaged by the incorrect meal in the bag when you get home. My Kids and mother in law had their mouths burned by the incorrectly boxed spicy chicken.

Cashier was nice, the girl boxing the food was messing with her ear and earring, took her earring out put it in her pocket then brushed her hair in a hair net away from face, picked up boxes and started loading without washing her hands!! The front people were yelling at the fry guy needing to know how much longer til chicken was done. He had earbuds in and wasn't even paying attention to them. Will not go back here.

If you want to wait awhile for service be prepared. Short staff. General Manager sitting in lobby chatting with females while a long line in drive thru as well as 6 or 7 in the lobby in the line waiting to be helped. Not once did he get up and try to help the take care of the customers. What a poor General Manager, not even concerned when another manager went to the table with a customer concern.

Service is completely HORRIBLE! No customer service trained individuals in the building at all. Unprofessional language and comments when ordering food, food is not cooked to the Popeyes standards. If you order something and they don't have any more, it's "we ain't got no mo, we ain't got it". Whoever is in charge here should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed to even allow this to go on. NEVER COMING BACK!!
