0 stars, not 1. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I got to this restaurant (if you even call it that) at 6:40pm. I had a big party (12) and was expecting a little bit of a wait for the staff to get the tables put together. The hostess tells me it’ll be about 10minutes. I think wow! That’s pretty quick. 30 minutes goes by so I go up to check on the table again just to make sure that everything is okay. She says “oh it’ll be just 10 more minutes”. 30 more minutes goes by (at this point I have been waiting over an hour and multiple tables of 4,6 and 8 that arrived after me have been seated). I ask if our table is ready, it isn’t. So I ask to speak to the manager because at this point I’m a little annoyed. She ignores my request and continues with whatever she’s doing. I ask multiple other members of the wait staff to speak to the manager and no one is able to get him for me. I find the manager myself and speak to him about my wait, he apologizes then sits us relatevily quickly. Except our group was split into 2 separate tables, which is fine and I don’t understand why they couldn’t have done that literally an hour ago. So we sit down and the chip girl brings us our chips. We wait for 15 minutes before our waiter, Miguel, even approaches our table. We all order soft tacos. He brings out 4 orders of soft tacos and 1 order of hard tacos because he misunderstood one of my friends, who explicitly stated that she wanted soft tacos. So he YELLS at us saying that only 4 of us ordered soft tacos then proceeds to bring soft taco shells to the table so that my friend can move the toppings from the hard taco to the soft taco herself. Except he didn’t bring us any silverware so I guess she was just supposed to use her fingers? While we are waiting for our food we ask for more chips and one of the waitstaff states that he is “doing us a favor because they usually charge for the chips”, they never charge for the chips. 15 more minutes go by and there are 5 of us at one table so we ask for more chips while we wait. Our request is ignored and one of my friends literally got up and went to the kitchen and got the chips herself (why are they letting customers walk freely through their kitchen?). Our food is cold and we were yelled at by our waiter while all of the other non-white patrons were served quickly with a smile. I will never return to this restaurant and I advise that you don’t either. I have never been so embarrassed for a place in my life.

First time I was here, our waiter must have went home when our food came out because we never saw him again, and had to flag down other staff for check. Food and prices are okay but doesn't blow you out of the water

Food was great and service. We always visit the location by 54 Road at Wesley Chapel. Was the first time at the Tampa Palms. The only complaint that I have is the margarita cup size. My wife order the 45 oz $25.00. My friend order the 32oz. $12.00. The 45 was taller than the 32 but I need proof of the oz capacity cause doesn’t fill any difference between the cups. You guys need to change that cause is a bad way to trick customers.

Went to the Vallartas for a late lunch on 5/6 with my friend and my husband. Our tab was $36.27 but they ran my card twice They had no explaination as to how this happened. The manager said he COULD NOT put it back on my card. WHAT???? I had a choice of driving there to get my money or they have me come in and eat that amount of food. No consideration that gas is almost $3 per gallon plus my time. Nothing-- barely an apology. The food wasn't that great either. Needless to say this was my first and last time of eating here. I'm not happy

Doesn't taste like authentic Mexican food. I prefer a whole in the wall for my traditional and authentic Mexican food. The only thing I still like from there is there Margarita's
