When I'm in the mood to be charged a lot of money for something incredibly simple, Arby's fits the bill. This particular location also features a wonky shaped drive through that makes it difficult to get close to the window.

Where do I start....so the Ryan Cabrera wannabe that took my order looked at though he was on some type of illegal substance. However, he was nice...at first. I ordered cheese fries and asked for a large water since I have a problem staying hydrated and I needed water to take with medication. He handed me this makeshift cup that he pulled from under the counter already filled with water. Um no. Then I asked oh am I able to get a larger cup? Direct quote “this is all I’m willing to give you.” Excuse me? How disgusting and such nasty customer service! I ended up purchasing one. Which I handed him exact change and never saw him ring up the drink. I did not get the lads name since he failed to provide me with a receipt. The date I visited this location was October 7th at around 8pm. The still remember the exact date since I was in town visiting family on my way to howl o scream at Busch gardens and this was the only RUDE DISGUSTING customer service I received the entire vacation. Sad that I still remember this guy actually. I was truly and still am very appalled.

When I order food I expect to get what I ordered. Got a beef and cheddar double that wasnt a double and had no cheese yet I PAID for that expensive ass sandwich. Not to mention my fries were cold.
