My second visit to this Tropical Smoothie, and the smoothie could not be better... would like to see a couple non-fruit smoothies offered. I ordered a chicken pesto flatbread, and it was very tasty. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion. My smoothie and flatbread was around $10. Staff and service exceeded my expectations. I could tell this location is well managed. Thumbs up! Thanks Tropical Smoothie in Brandon! Definitely recommend.

This location has gotten so much better since the new manager Nick has taken over. He has turned this place around. The staff greet you now when you walk in to the location and it is much cleaner. Before it seemed as if you was bothering them when you walked in. This change in management and staff was much needed.

The worst food had 2 pieces of chicken in my Thai chicken bowl did not put kale in smoothie horrible sloppy service. He had the nerves to say He put spinach in it I'm like is that an island green detox I want all of the stuff it says on the menu. It has to be normal people that are looking for employment because hiring imbeciles can only get you so far and I'm telling you they really didn't put any meat into my chicken bowl it's not worth the $11 I spent on a smoothie and a bowl the worst money you can send I won't be back especially to this location I've gotten bowls with meat packed to the top!!

Waited for about 5 minutes at the register to be acknowledged....asked which smoothies were gluten free and was told by a female worker ( wont post her name) they all have gluten. I asked the manager and he said fruit doesn't have gluten....so rude. I then asked for the menu where I found some gluten free options, however they used the same blender and utensils as food/smoothies that have gluten.....i cant drink it as i have a severe allergy..... they were super busy but seemed as though they were overwhelmed and not sure what they were doing.

Really like the new/updated look of this store. Some of the staff are friendly and professional but the place could be cleaner. Some spots around the front/ordering area look like they haven’t been wiped down in a month.
