Today will mark the 3rd and final time I will come to this subway location. Each time I have come here they are ALWAYS out of product! From meatballs, to chicken teriyaki, to rolls...just unacceptable. And this time as I am sitting out in my car in the pouring rain I am pissed because my whole intent on coming to this restaurant was to feed 4 people. All I left with was a wrap for one person and that wasn't even the one the person wanted. How is this restaurant supposed to be open another 3 hours and has run out of every damn thing? Smh.

I was really unimpressed with this Subway. I usually go to a different Subway but this one was a little easier to get to so I tried it. I got a chopped salad and the Spinach looked old and the lettice was turning brown. I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and she said she would remove the bad leaves instead of changing out the spinach. Didn't bother to mention the lettice at that point. They also don't carry croutons ( According to the guy behind the counter) or light lemonaide like the other locations and they had run out of large bags so I had to carry my food out in the rain with no bag. There was a guy in business clothes sitting there on a computer talking to one of the employees which I assume was a manager but didn't seem to care about any of the issues that I was having even though he was a few feet away and could hear everything, I didn't bother mentioning it to him since he seemed not to care. Looks like I should stick to my regular Subway on Brandon boulevard.

Only gave it one star because the food here isn’t fresh but the employee Patrickway was very helpful and generous!

The customer service was excellent, Patrick made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, respectful, professional, sweet and just very courteous. Best subway experience so far..
