We order simple plates my husband received his plate took another 10 minutes for my side order still waiting on curry with rice by the time they bought it my husband food was cold they didn’t even bring out something as simple as tofu however I have to give them an A for all the water we got in the hour we were there. We wanted to eat our dinner together had he started before mine he would have been done and I would have just started so we left. Never eating there ever again. Instead we are at Ramen Ya down the road much better.

Tan tan ramen and gyoza... for a fast-to-go is pretty decent. Called in the order 15 mins later picked it up and out the door. 20 minutes at home eating my meal and didn't even miss my show.

I called to place an order of there Super Bowl, the lady that received the call has a bad accent and I couldn't understand her. I have her repeat what she said and still don't understand her. All I understand is she mentioned 2pm and 5pm so I asked her if they could make my order and she said "no". I am very frustrated since I need the soup for my sick daughter. She should at least hand the phone to someone that can speak to me and explain better but I heard her said "bye" and that made me upset! Bad customer service and I will never order to this restaurant again😩😩😩
