Aloha, I'm hoping that Panda's food will get better. Definitely not going to be eating there after the food got us sick. All 3 of us got sick. I called the restaurant and they weren't very friendly. We have been eating there for awhile and this was the last time... We are going to be filling a complaint with the State of Hawaii health department. The manager of that location was rude. I recorded the conversation. They should have handled it better. Hopefully you don't get sick from eating there. The emergency room report statement clarifying that I got food poisoning from the food from Panda's...

It's very hit or miss when you go here. Sometimes they are quick and helpful. Sometimes they keep forgetting your order and are not very quick. Also, don't even think about going at 8:30. They already start shutting everything down and clean the woks by then and will only give you whatever old food happens to be left. It's a big f off to us as customers. Also, the rangoons are almost always overdone.

My husband loves Pandas for Chinese food. I on the other hand prefer more traditional Chinese restaurants. To me, Panda's is not "real" Chinese. Still... I really love their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. This location is tucked away in the corner of the small shopping center next to the Sam's Club gas station. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice and welcoming. The food is the same quality as its many other locations on island.

Screw this place ... bad customer service... Rip off ... ordered an ala carte box of shrimp and the box not even half full... called the management and they say "that's the company's policy".
