We waited in the drive through for 15 mins before they took our order, and the only reason they took our order at that time was because I said hello. Once we placed our order we waited another 10-15 mins to get to the window, to get there and wait another 5 mins for not fresh food. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the lady in the drive through at least apologized for the wait.

I will never come back to this jack in the box. Horrible customer service. My husband and I came to jack in the box drive thru Feb 4 2018 Sunday morning around 11:03 AM because I was craving. An employee named CORA who took our order and payment was so frickn rude. My husband simply told her our order and we had coupons. A meal for $6 that comes with small fry && small drink. I dont know what confused her when we repeated it TWICE to her. Then she said “oh my gosh what” ? “So which one do you want then” I had to remain calm because if it wasnt for my husband I wouldve put my vehicle on park and walk in to complain. We left unhappy and wont be coming back again. I will be contacting Corporate as well for this unnecessary behavior. If youre having a bad day and youre at work. Just remember customers watch every action.
