What is there to say? It's a toucan IHOP, fast American food, good service and a clean restoration restaurant. I personally like to eat IHOP for a night cap because nothing else is open 24 hours a day! By far the best place for a late night dessert or if you need a clean place to kill time and you have a sweet tooth! Drop on to your local IHOP!

The best IHOP on island, staff is always observant. My server was a bit busy, another staff notified them that I was ready to order, then at the end of my meal, a other staff came by to see if I was ready to have my table cleared. Waiter was very friendly, informed me of the best times visit with low traffic/less busy in the restuarant. Food was excellent, better than my first encounter with an IHOP restaurant, that happened to be downtown. Prices are a bit higher than the mainland, but the food is great here.

The food is pretty much the same at any IHOP you go to, so not rating based on that. Service at this IHOP is unusually slow, and it can take quite a while to get your food after you've ordered (we've had nearly an hour wait for food before). Not sure if they're understaffed in the kitchen or what the issue is. Oddly enough, we've never had to wait terribly long to be seated, probably because there's not enough parking for there to be a lot of people waiting for a table. The parking lot is shared with a Dunkin Donuts and a Shell gas station and is a bit too small to support all three. If you're looking for IHOP food, aren't in a hurry, and can actually find parking it's fine. If you're in any kind of a rush then the McDonald's nearby might be a better choice.

As promptly as you are seated you are quickly forgotten. I was seated fairly quickly, yet it took my server almost 20 min to realize I was actually there. I ordered fish-n-chips that was delivered after another 20 min. I could understand if the place was packed but it was fairly empty, like 4 other tables. Then I heard my server ask for my order at least 5 septate times. And the cooks reply, sorry, I forgot. Not only did it take forever and a day to get my order right, they don't tell you if your order has a missing item. Unless you bring it up, they were missing my coleslaw and when I asked about it they said oh yeah we ran out. I will give you a discount. Overall they need help. Food is still good don't get me wrong it has more to do with punctuality and honesty. Just be up front, if you forgot someone say your sorry, if the order is incomplete for any reason tell the customer and let them figure it out.

First time visiting this location. The place is very clean, the food was great, and our waitress "Monica" was very friendly and gave us awesome customer service. She made sure we were doing okay, and helped us with suggestions on the menu when we had questions. Thanks Monica for making our morning a pleasant one!!!
