I needed a break from seafood and asian food, so we came here. Pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered the fettucine Alfredo, and it came out fast, and was nice and hot, though lacking in a little seasoning, an easy fix. I had added meatballs to my order and they were well cooked, filling and tasty. Good portion sizes, our service was great.

We eat here regularly because of the combination of good food, good prices, and good service. Portions are large enough we get a take home box for leftovers. The restaurant is in a hotel, and the restrooms are at the other end of the building.

We liked this place for breakfast as we are staying at the hotel.. prices are reasonable for Honolulu. It was nice to sit by the pool in the morning but the best was our server Ping was a joy and very attentive and gave us some great ideas for local food. We give Ping 5 stars!!! ... but food was good but not great but overall a pleasant morning experience.

Food was ok. But service was BAD. The waiter was kind of rushing to clear the table. He cleared the table then gave us the bill. He then asked how much tip we would put on the bill before he will swipe the credit card. We thought he might have a difference kind of credit card machine. As it turned out, he filled out tip amount on the credit card receipt and just asked us to sign. It is kind of rude. We left the table and walked till the entrance then we noticed the waiter did not return the credit card to us. We went back and asked for it. He was kind of not seeing an issue on it. We told him to check on the machine. He found the card, return to us, WITHOUT A WORDS OF APOLOGY. NOT recommended to this restaurant.

Tasteless and expensive food. Poor service. Water was the best part of our meal.
