This place consistently sucks. Very slow service. Food is frozen mainland stuff shipped over and is very overpriced

It is your regular IHOP just super busy and understaffed. Expect to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated if you arrive after 8:30 - 9:00 AM. Then expect even longer to get your check and also long to get the check back. If that even happens. On the second visit I waited 35 minutes to be seated and then I sat for 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was there. After someone actually approached me to ask if I had been taken care of, then she called someone who came and said she will be with me shortly. I left immediately after that. The food is good though. If you like IHOP.

Good service and food. Convenient for breakfast versus eating at your hotel.

Had two breakfast here. The first one I had excellent service. The waitress was great, she kept apologizing because she couldn't fine the manager to adjust my bill because of the discount. The second breakfast I had terrible service and then I saw something crawling on the ledge beside me after I was done and waiting for my bill.

Terrible. First experience with an IHOP and would never return. Food was substandard, overpriced, staff forgot part of the order, and the place smelled. Definitely save your money and go next door to Wailana Coffee House which is so much better in terms of quality, cost, and friendliness!
