Food was terrible! Not my favorite hard rock I've visited! Staff was unusual. Server was rude and annoying. Felt like he was standing over us but completely absent at the same time. Got the order wrong and acted like it was our fault. Seafood was cold and it should have been hot. Nice location close to stores and hotels but no parking. Outside is a whole street with no parking down both sides of the street. The store is sat at an angle so it isn't easy to see while on the main road. If you go just stop and get a souvenir but think before you eat! Could have been an off day we only went once. Didn't want a repeat incident.

Stayed at Hotel right around the corner from the Hard Rock. We stopped in and looked for souvineer. Staff were not as tentative as others that I have been to. Good selection of merchandise. Good location around some high end shopping.

The food was on point, and so was the music. I don't remember the name of the live band but they were quite talented. We sat out on the patio and the entire experience was perfect. It would be cool if their store had a little more selection though because I do like to buy a souvenir from each Hard Rock that I visit and the offerings here were a little lackluster.

Great place. Pretty standard for what you expect from a hard rock. Sat at the bar and the bartender was a great showman as he poured drinks. Also very helpful for ingo on what is cool to see in the area.

Great atmosphere with the dining area upstairs overlooking Kalakaua Avenue. Food was very good. Brother had poke for the first time and the poke appetizer was a great dish to have... very yummy!!
