Jessica the server is more about getting more tables... I am not sure if this is belief or getting more tips, but when you provide poor slow service. This equals a lower tip. It took nearly 10 minutes to get our order taken, 15 minutes to get our food, then constant attempts to get her attention to ask for a check. Once that was accomplished it took 15 minutes of still no check till I got up to go get it. Glad i was kind enough to even pay for it. I am a proud patron to say I will never be back to this location again.

Best local line grindz and the best service. It's the friendliest neighborhood diner around. Everything on the menu is good. My only complaint is that they use a shrimp broth in their saimin, but that's because I have a seafood allergy.

I still like the food, but the outside seems to be dirty more and more often. They seem to be lacking in their poop patrol to clean-up after all the birds that hang-out in the outside eating area. Would love to see them spend more time wiping tables and such.

Sorry Zippys the service was awesome.. but the food was bad.. so bad. It smelled very musky inside. But the staff were amazing , sweet and soo friendly.

Food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold. I asked them to heat it up, then they brought it back still barely even warm, so I had to ask them to heat it up again. If I wasnt starving to death, I would've asked for a refund and left. Didn't even put toppings on my burger that it was supposed to have. The malasadas were super good and fresh, but that's the only thing I can say good about this place. I'd never come back.
