Didn't have to wait long for our waitress. I was surprised she didn't ask if we wanted water. But she was pretty prompt on every thing else. Good food.

Tavern "Tiny Burger" that's wahat they should call that thing! Holy flip it was small. They big highlight here was the waiter that guy was a stud. I wish I could remember his name because he deserve some reward. He took the party of 10 on Friday if that helps whoever reads this. He made sure we had lots of fries in front of us because that bigger sure wouldnt fill a 2 year old up!

So, usually I have good experiences at Red Robin, as I love the food here. I usually eat l ike 2 baskets of steak fries, they're so addicting. My last visit though.....not so good. It wasn't horrible, but we just had a weird experience. So walking through our visit, the table we were seated at wasn't cleaned. Whatever no biggie hostess wiped out down. After sitting for 2 seconds the table just wasn't....smooth? It was almost sticky like a paper towel had been glued to it. Not a hostess issue, more of a restaurant issue. We have our waiter, cool. We order our drinks, cool. It takes forever for my sister to get her drink, and it's not even the one she ordered. It took even longer to get out fries, which there weren't a lot of....we get our food pretty fast, and to my sister's luck, wrong order. The waiter was kinda sassy, insisting they didn't get it wrong. We send it back, and she doesn't get it until we were finished eating. We insist that it be taken off, and the manager agrees, so it's cool. The waiter was sassy, got a drink and an order wrong, didn't stay on top of our drinks, our fries (which there were barely any of), etc. etc. And he gave us a torn to go box. t's weird because I usually have good experience at Red Robin's, and it was kinda humorous that it all happened to my sister.

They have a ghost pepper sauce that is the best! Also, the vegetarian burger patty is the best I've ever had. Not the black bean patty, which is good, the vegetarian patty.

Food was decent. Unfortunately service wasn't amazing. We came in with a few people, two of the group needed to leave early. Server should have asked from the very beginning if we wanted to order anything before the other two showed up. We flagged her down and ordered my 1 1/2 yr old food as well as the two that needed to leave early. Our joiners showed up and I ordered with them. The entire order came out at once because they had waited for everyone to order. Common sense with a child is to get that food out asap and people who need to leave early. Everything we asked for took a while to get. Asking for dipping sauce shouldn't take 10 minutes. Those table point of sale systems shouldn't hinder service but they do. We had to flag our server down again to split our check and again because we were paying in cash and needed change. It's very irritating having worked in the industry for 11 years. Overall food was good but we couldn't finish because our 1.5 year old had enough and we kept waiting on things. Disappointing.
